At Pretty Bad Co., we want you to love your look, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed.
